EACH CLASS IS LEAD BY ONE OF OUR WORLD CLASS COACHES WHOSE GOAL IS TO HELP TEACH YOU HOW TO MOVE PROPERLY, MODIFY THE WORKOUT ACCORDINGLY TO GET THE BEST STIMULUS FOR THAT DAY, AND MAKE SURE IT IS THE BEST HOUR OF YOUR DAY.

STARTING THIS SUMMER WE WILL BE INTRODUCING A TEENS CLASS TO OUR CLASS SCHEDULE. THIS CLASS WILL BE GOOD FOR AGES 13-17.
OUR GOAL WITH THIS CLASS IS TO TEACH THE KIDS THE FOUNDATIONAL MOVEMENTS OF CROSSFIT, PROPERLY INSTRUCT THEM THROUGH WEIGHTLIFTING MOVEMENTS THAT THEY MAY NOT GET THROUGH A SCHOOL PROGRAM, AND HELP THEM EXCEL IN ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR ACTIVE LIFE.
