A modified version of our CrossFit workout that removes heavy barbells and higher skill gymnastics and replaces them with DB/KB's and/or simpler progressions of the skill movements.

What to expect in a Bridge View Wellness class?

  • 45-60 minute coach led classes

  • Modified workout of our CrossFit program

  • Same intensity, less volume

  • Workout specific warm ups

  • Removes the heavy barbell and uses dumbbells or kettlebells

  • Simple progressions for higher skill gymnastics movements

  • Community that holds you accountable and makes fitness fun​
