What to expect in a Bridge View MA-Fit class?

  • Age 55+

  • 60 minute coach led classes

  • Workout specific warm ups

  • Low impact cardio workouts

  • Functional movement strength pieces that mimic every day movement

  • 10-15 minutes of stretching/mobility focus

  • Community of similar aged individuals that hold you accountable and make fitness fun​
