GET STARTED IN 3 EASY STEPS
If you are new to CrossFit, getting started is a super easy 3 step process
STEP 1: 4 Free Trial Classes
These first 4 classes are good for any class time we offer. You will be lead by highly skilled coaches and taken through a normal class with a modified version of the workout. The free intro is designed to ease your way into CrossFit, get a feel for the community, and see why Bridge View is the best for all levels of fitness.
STEP 2: Barbell Intro
Following your 4 free classes you will be taken through a 1 hour barbell session. This hour is designed to introduce you to some of the technical lifts that get programmed in our CrossFit classes. Your coach will break down the lifts and go over positions and how to approach these lift during your first month at Bridge View.
STEP 3: Choose Membership
