While it may seem intimidating, our CrossFit classes are programmed with the every day person in mind and workouts are modified to fit the individual, allowing each athlete to progress at their own pace. 

What to expect in a Bridge View CrossFit class?

  • 60 minute coach led classes

  • High intensity workouts scalable for all fitness levels
