CROSSFIT CLASSES

While it may seem intimidating, our CrossFit classes are programmed with the every day person in mind and workouts are modified to fit the individual, allowing each athlete to progress at their own pace. Come see see for yourself, we offer a free classes every Thursday at 3:30pm, 4:30pm, & 5:30pm
