WHERE OR HOW SHOULD I START?

You don’t have to make any big decisions yet.

Sign up for our 3 day free trial. We offer 3 free classes, for you to experience everything about our community. You’ll take 3 full classes, and our coaches will be ready to modify the workout appropriately to your current fitness level, whether you’re coming from the couch or you’re already an active exerciser.

 

During these 3 classes, we’ll take you by the hand and explain everything, every step of the way. Ask all the questions, and our staff will get to know you on a personal level.

After your 3 free classes, we’ll have a conversation and find out if Bridge View CrossFit is a good fit for you.
